1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Kassbohrer Group website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Virtual Trucking Company Services

Kassbohrer Group operates as a Virtual Trucking Company (VTC) within TruckersMP and other trucking simulation platforms. Our services include:

• Virtual trucking convoy organization and participation
• Community events and competitions
• Training and education for virtual truck drivers
• Online community platform and communication services
• Job board and delivery coordination

3. Membership and Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To become a member of Kassbohrer Group, you must:

• Be at least 15 years of age
• Have a valid TruckersMP account in good standing
• Own a legitimate copy of Euro Truck Simulator 2 or American Truck Simulator
• Agree to follow our community rules and guidelines

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Code of Conduct

All members must adhere to the following conduct standards:

• Respect all other members and maintain professional communication
• Follow all TruckersMP rules and regulations
• Participate in convoys and events in a safe and responsible manner
• No harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
• No cheating, hacking, or use of unauthorized modifications
• Maintain appropriate language in all communications

5. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, magnetic translation, digital conversion and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the website, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kassbohrer Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your membership at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify members of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page. Your continued use of the service after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
